Built in 1899 as a premier passenger car for the main intercity routes, the Pullman has been luxuriously remodelled to sleep up to four. Lie back in the King-bed stateroom and admire the stunning view, with a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The large lounge features a tea station with a bar fridge, a feature railway seat that folds down into a single bed with royal privacy curtaining, and a day bed that converts to another single. Pullman cars were famous for their smooth ride and fine appointments, and this gracious old lady is very much at home on our train to nowhere.
